Purchasing representatives can review and update third party information within the SQS Supply Manager. Should the Purchaser wish to update an Applicants or Approved Suppliers data authority to do so must be forthcoming from these parties in the form of an email forwarded to the Purchasers assigned SQS email address. By having a facility within the SQS to update data all parties can rely on real time information and ensure that data remains complete, accurate and up to date.
