WHAT DOES IT DO?

The SQS is a web based electronic system designed to:

• Manage the qualification of existing and new Suppliers who wish to supply the Purchaser with either Goods or Services.
• Allow for the grading and regrading of SQS Approved Suppliers.
• Allow data to be retrieved by authorised personnel to assist them in making appropriate purchasing decisions.
• Allow a medium for SQS Applicants, Approved Suppliers and authorised Purchasing Representatives to carry out business relationships.
• Allow Approved Suppliers to update their details when they change.
