Niki has led the procurement organisations of major corporations and has held senior management positions at P&O Ports, Mars Effem, Rickett & Colman, Polarcup Huhtemaki, Goodman Fielder International (USD 2.2bn revenue), Boral (USD 3.2bn) and One Steel (USD 2.3bn). Niki has worked in many parts of the world including China, Australia, United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Niki is highly experienced in establishing and transforming national and regional procurement operations. She has formulated sourcing strategies, built critical supplier relationships, developed procurement policies, re-engineered procurement processes and coached procurement managers and staff for concerns with greater than USD900 million spend per annum. She is particularly skilled in global sourcing and improving the performance of International Procurement Offices in the Asia region. Niki is currently on assignment in Beijing, China undertaking contracts management for the bulk fabricated steel requirement for a major Australian Coal Handling and Preparation Plant.
